Please refer to the printed form and note that registration for the Poker and Blackjack Tournaments is not available on-line, and must be done by submitting a postal payment with a copy of the form which you can download here. Deadline for Pre-registration is May 31st.
Please note that this
years menu is the Midwestern Buffet (Pan seared chicken, Salmon
with piccata sauce, Flat Iron Steak) and no advance selections
are required. It is no longer possible to purchase an
entire banquet table. Please contact George D. if you wish to
be seated with anyone in particular. |
