
Sorry to hear about this theft. Two points:
1. Here's picture of the storage tubes Jeremy was using (per his earlier post)
2. If you didn't have photos/scans of the missing chips, you still might try to create a composite picture of the chips that were stolen.
Go to chipguide.com (owned by The Musuem of Gaming History, or themogh.com).
Click around on the states & casinos to find pictures of the chips you had -- as much as you can recall -- and assemble an after-the-fact picture book of your collection.
