The problem is 5,000 of them were made and there are probably less than 1,000 people that really want them.
If you do an ebay search of completed sales you will notice several groups of 10 of these at a time went unsold at $65 which is only $6.50 a chip.
My guess is that this chip may be worth $10 to the right person, but I think you would be lucky to get anything over face value for it.
