Doug, you are missing the point. It's not what we think or even the fact that we know are intentions are honorable and pure. It is a matter of what is perceived by outsiders. We have no friends among Nevada regulators. When we make decisions that could impact us in a negative way, we need to take into consideration all of the possible outcomes.
