It's important to include as much of the requested information as you can - nominations are made by the members of the Hall of Fame Committee (consisting of all living members of the HoF) - based on your recommendations. Unfortunately, not all members of the Committee know all the members of the Club or what they might have accomplished, so your detailed information is important.
