the club's BoD via e-mail, just to make sure that all BoD members are aware of your request, per Item 7 of the club's logo-usage policy. In accordance with Item 5 of that policy... "No event, show, auction or convention shall use the Club name, logo or symbol for any reason whatsoever unless it is an event, show, auction or convention run by the Club".
