Personally I never felt it was an issue as the ccgtcc has always handled all valid claims.

Yes there have been some that have spoken out on this but only after the question was placed here. If you really want a vote by the BOD I can add it to our discussion list to discuss at the next BOD meeting.

Had this not been brought up it would have never even been discussed among the BOD and things would have remained as they always were.

Personally I dont see this in the same light as you do as even if the previous policy was overturned, there would not be chaos in the club.

ccgtcc Members have always been and will always be bound by the COE.

Whether or not it is decided that a non-member can file a claim, shouldn't even make a difference in how ethical our club is.

In my opinion the club will always listen to a valid claim or complaint no matter who it is from and no matter what policy is decided upon.
