I don't have either book. However, C.T. Rogers posts here sometimes, and you can find his email address on the club "Contacts" webpage -- he is the club Advertising Director.

As for Earl Donley, when he was doing his token guides, as I recall, he would update and do a print-out of tokens on his master list every so often. So it was never published in quantity; just as people would order one. If you are a club member, you could check out a copy from the club library. It's listed on page 4 of the library listings.
