I am truly sorry that I disappointed members when I resigned as chairman of our 2012 convention. In my mind it was as simple as cutting loses very early so the club still has 11 months to get the job done. It came down to I have a style and a way of doing things and the board has their way. This doesn't make me wrong, nor does it make the board wrong. I think the 5 board members are all good people who have the club's best interests at heart. I know we still have plenty of time to make our 20th convention as special as it should be. I encourage anyone who has an interest to step up and take this job. I am more than willing to help in anyway I can. And again, I am sorry and apoligize to everyone who feels I let them down. Regards, Jim
