As the new treasurer I am handling the auction. I just received a copy of the membership list so I now have contact info for the buyers and sellers. In the next week I hope to get everyone their invoices by email. In case of there being no email I will mail the invoices. I will be processing seller checks also. They may take a little longer since 2 signatures are required.
