While I encourage all suggestions (Obviously there are those unhappy with the amount of voting members we have) I think we are losing focus on the problem that really needs to be solved.

How do we promote the hobby, recruit new members and retain the ones we already have?

I would encourage each and every one of our members to give some serious thought to these issues as the future of our club and our hobby depends of it.

Over the comming months and years the BOD will be looking to answer these questions and are looking for improvments and suggestions.

If you have an idea and more importantly a reasonable way to impliment them, I would encourage you to email a BOD member.
