Have been reading the posts concerning Planning Committee, of which I have been informed I am a member. Prior to submitting my thoughts I thought it might of some value to others as well as me, to have some data to indicate the severity of the situation. In that vain I would request that the following pieces of information that should be readily available from the various officers.

So that the current year can be included I would desire that a fiscal year of June 30 –June 30 be used.

I believe with these figures in hand it will be clear as to the current situation. At least that is my opinion and the reason for this request.
