The auction catalog is now available to download - click here.

A limited number of full color printed (not xeroxed) and bound catalogs are available for $35 shipped.
If there are any left, they will be available to purchase at the convention for $30.

Black & White printed (not xeroxed) and bound copies are available for $15 shipped.
Black & White xeroxed and stapled copies will be available to purchase at the convention for $10.

You can order copies by emailing auction@ccgtcc.com and I will reply with payment details, including paypal.

Advance/Proxy Bids

The Terms and Conditions indicate that all advance/proxy bids must be received by Wednesday 16th June.  I will endeavour to accept bids until the latest possible time up to Wednesday 24th, and the instructions are as follows:

You will need to include your name/address and membership number.  Detail the lot numbers & titles with your maximum bid.  If you do not want your bid actioned until the live auction, please indicate 'proxy bid'.  Otherwise, all bids will be taken on the book now (at the next increment) and then any advance bids which are still below their maximum will be proxyed, if necessary, in the auction room.  You may place advance bids on all the lots including those in the 'silent auction'.  Please place bids with reference to the bidding increments schedule in the terms & conditions of the catalog.

Settlements & Credit Card Payments

The schedule detailing when and how you can make settlement for lots, shipping, tax etc. will be available for download here (currently last years rates are shown).  Once again, credit card payments will be accepted for the auction.  Where a credit card is used for payment, the buyers premium will revert from 10% to 13%.  In addition, for the first time, paypal payments will also be accepted subject to the same buyers premium as credit cards.
