as Steve stated it has been incredible sharing quality time with my Grandson who is now entering his 4th year as a full dues paying member I signed him up at the 6 months old and have had nothing but fun watching his face when he looks at the magazine and says PAPA we have that chip! Or a Mailer comes and I always let him open it and he says things like PAPA this one is cool! it makes me kinda happy to see him enjoying what is not ever going to harm him vs playing violent video games(of which he doesn't have or is allowed to play) By no means am I promoting gambling to him by chip collecting . I know quite a few collectors (ADULTS ) that have never gambled but still enjoy collecting !
My Grandson Makhi is my highest priority and believe me when I tell you if I had any reason to believe chip collecting would harm him in any way I NEVER would have signed him up , the Clubs future depends on younger people getting interested in the hobby and if it gets just 10 young members a year involved think of the numbers 10 -15 years down the road when us ol farts are not capable of making it to conventions anymore or just hate to say it but Passing on Im all for the Program it means the future of the CCGTCC and I cant think of a better person to take control of it than Belinda. She is a great lady that has done a wonderful job in everything she's involved with!!! JMHO
