I am glad you cleared that up, Doug! Because just an online MOGH with no Brick & Mortar location will not fly.
Also, I have absolutely no problem with an online MOGH in ADDITION to a Brick & Mortar location. I think the online version would drive traffic to the Brick & Mortar location.
