I had seen it originally but the last post I had read was long before the thread was completed.

It appears that we indeed do need to add this to our agenda for the BOD to discuss.

It seems there are strong feelings on both sides of this issue nd to be honest, I can understand both arguments.

I find it interesting that a previous BOD would ahve adopted this policy but not written anything into the bylaws to cover it.

All I can promise is that it will be discussed and when a decision ijs made it will be posted here along with any other items we discussed.

I am about to post about 25 or so decisions that came out of the last BOD meeting sometime later this week.
