If a non-member files a complaint that a member charged way too much to ship a package or the condition was NOT what the non-member buyer had anticipated (notice that I did not say what the club member seller represented), those instances need to get worked out between the two parties without involving the
(in my opinion). If I sold a chip to a non-member that had been repaired or altered without truthfully disclosing that fact or I sent a chip that was not the one described, yes, a review of the complaint could be warranted.
There are no absolutes here and nothing is completely black & white -- some instances would deserve
involvement, while I don't believe that all would. No matter, it is the
