~~~ a sort of consumer protection, in a way that exhibits our willingness as a club to be open to listen to anyone's complaint should one arise...
...but I am curious as to how you feel we should treat a formal complaint; especially if made public, by a non-CCGTCC member.
I'm sure you will not feel that we should simply overlook the information filed without at least investigating something/someone. Am I not correct...?
