I think by us having the measure in place does more good than not having it at all... and though I do not know how many formal complaints have been filed of club members by non-club members, I'm willing to gamble that it's either been minimal or the complaint(s) have been erroneous in nature to start with.
Furthermore, I do not know of any major coin club, anywhere, who would not listen to a non-member's complaint -- and since we've based our COD on that of the A.N.A.,I should think we're in order to continue with it.
