This is something worth looking into. Sure there may be a few stumbling blocks with a constitution change and there may be some who feel their vote is not private, but where there is a will, there is a way to make anything work. Each issue is looked at and discussed and then if there is a stumbling block, those involved work on it. Nothing is impossible, unless you feel it is.
