process is anything but totally fair and above-board is a slap in the face of the dedicated volunteers involved in the process. Mistrusters and Naysayers: Keep up the inuendo and gripping about "the appearance of inpropriety" and "I fear my ballot will be compromised" and there won't be any volunteers around to help keep the organization running.
