Let it be known here on this board, The Chip Board & the club magazine that everyone who votes will be eligible to win one of these group of chips in a raffle drawing. People love contests & raffles & more so when it does not cost them any money.

Since the envelopes already have the return address on them & the member's number they can be used for the drawing. Just toss the envelopes into a trash bag once the ballots are removed & draw the 10 winner's names from there. I think this would really increase voter turnout. And it is certainly better than spending $1,500 or so for envelopes when that money could be better used elsewhere.

If this works & the club runs low on chips down the road then they can ask for donations. I know I would donate chips if it would help increase voter turnout.

I hope the BoD will consider this idea.
