The chip was made by the T.R. King Company, Los Angeles, CA. They are now out of business. The indentation pattern around the edges are called a "mold" by collectors, and the mold style in that chip is called Small Crown. The chip is made of a clay composition material. The chip was NOT used in the casino as made, and instead was specially made for the money clips.
