Sorry you and the others at your table were unhappy with the food service. I have eaten at many buffets both casino and private and personally I felt this was a very good selection. While some people may not have preferred the pork dish there were also chicken and fish. Again personally I felt the pork was prepared well and was very tender and tasty.

Everyone has a different taste and preferences as to meals. It is near impossible to please everyone. I heard many good comments about the food. The SouthPoint did and has in the past done a very nice job of presentation, selection, and preparation of meals.
