The Election Committee, consisting of Bruce & Mary Ann Massey, Election Committee Co-Chairmen, and Ralph Myers, met on Saturday, May 22, 2010 to validate and count the ballots received for the 2010 Constitutional Amendment Election.

A total of 154 ballots were received which represents less than 9% of the current CC>CC membership. Of the ballots received, 53 were from members who had not voted in the previous election. Six ballots were determined to be invalid.

The results of the election for Constitutional Amendments are as follows:

#1 - Life Members Total 148 Yes 138 No 10
#2 - Legal Counsel Total 141 Yes 134 No 7

Constitutional Amendments #’s 1 and 2 received the required 2/3 majority of votes and, therefore, passed.

The above results will be submitted for certification by a vote of the current Officers and Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting on June 26, 2010.
