I would tend to agree with Steve on the "years - lapse - years". While you were once a member, that ended when you did not renew. You have now joined as a new member. We do offer the option of making up the missed years by paying the missed years dues and at that time you would revert back to your old number and in turn have enough time built up to apply for Life Membership.

Second issue - difference between By Laws amount and Constitution amount. Unless I get overruled by our Legal Counsel on the above issue and this issue, I would say the the $450 amount still stands and would be the correct amount until the board votes to change the By Laws.
